If you’re in need of a digestive and hormone reset than these recipes may help you. Designed to follow a 6 week process. The recipes are divided into 3 distinct sections:
- The first 2 weeks: Focus on removing commonly inflammatory foods (wheat, dairy, eggs and corn). This helps your adrenal glands, liver and intestinal lining heal and recover. Helping to better your digestion and balance your hormones.
- The second 2 weeks: Focus on healing your gut lining whilst also supporting your gut bacteria. This helps to improve digestion and may improve longer term results.
- The last 2 weeks: Focus on reintroducing 2 of the common inflammatory foods; corn and eggs. In this phase it’s important to take note of how you’re body is responding to your food. From brain fog, to joint aches, bloating and skin flare ups. These symptoms are your bodies way of communicating with you that certain foods are not for you.
